I have had .y site open for 2 years now. I know people are putting item in the cart, but still no sales. I made a purchase from myself to check the cart and that worked. What can I do to make sales? What am I doing wrong?
What sites and platforms are you using now? What is that you sell or business? Rule of thumb for myself is to take advantage of all free sites! Facebook is huge, especially for women. I believe without looking is around 16k followers and more than that following. Google is another one 25k plus. Those are all free and you can boost the post for a few bucks for a week. Are you a physical storefront or just online? Square has some great ones, especially for online. I'm a retail furniture store and not many buy couches, tables, etc online but they are extremely active! How big, how wide if I come in and love are there other color options? I answer usually 25-40 questions a day. I post new things every day but Sunday when im off. If you could please let me know what it is that you sell, your location, and I just mean rural or in a good size city. That matters to reach your audience. You need to gear your advertisement 1st for who is target group. Mine is women 80% of the time and around 20-60 age. After that age, they are pretty settled with what they have or don't like change. Unless it breaks they aren't replacing it. The more info you can post the more we can help you start getting to your target group and where they are shopping from.

Hi @GSGR 👋, I checked out your site: https://www.gstringguitar.com/ and found it fast, response and easy to navigate.
Things I have learned over the yrs in regards to websites is you can have the best looking site but if nobody sees it, what good is it?
first of all I would add your site to something like diib.com to checkout what you need to do to improve your visibility.
“Automate your SEO and rapidly increase your traffic and rankings”
As they state above they will point out issues and help you increase visibility of your website.
next off you will want backlinks and need to start growing your DA or domain authority so that when you rank in google your rank near or above competitors. You can either start your own blog or leave it to the experts, I would recommend checking out someone like thehoth.com or the likes.
I would also recommend being active on socials and linking back to your website.
If my answer resolves your issue, please take a minute to mark it as Best Answer. That helps people who find this thread in the future.
