Feature Request: Schedule classes + group sessions + multiple clients during one time slot

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community. 

The ability to book group sessions or an appointment for multiple people is one of our most popular feature requests. I went ahead and moved your post over to this thread to prevent duplicates.

We do not currently have an ideal workaround to suggest. Square Appointments right now isn't optimized for group classes, events, etc. For your business, I may suggest that you use our Square Online Store instead. You will be able to list items as Events, and then sell tickets to the events per person so they can select a quantity:

We don't currently offer class or group booking with Appointments - certainly a popular request and I know how helpful it would be for you (and many others.) 

For now the only workaround I can suggest would be scheduling overlapping sessions for each client in the group/appointment. However, it's only possible for you to create overlapping appointments manually on your calendar, so this isn't something your customer's could book.

I would like set up fitness classes with multiples clients each class, it is possible with Square Appointment?

If not, when do you think that possible? one month, one year or never?

I am trying to use Square Appointments so my costumers can make wine-tasting reservations with me. I charge on a per person basis ... How can I set Square to make an appointment on a per person basis and charge the card accordingly, for example like making a reservation for 4 people on a certain day and time and charging them: Fee x 4 = TOTAL.

It sounds like you're looking to set up appointments for a group session, where a set number of people can reserve a spot for a wine tasting at the same time.

We don't have a specific setting for this right now, but you might consider scheduling overlapping sessions for each of your visitors. I realize that this isn't perfect as you would have to manually book the overlapping appointments since your visitors won't be able to do this from your booking site. For a refresher on booking appointments, have a look at our Support Center.

Am I correct to Say then that when my hair clients shcedule an appointment I can not book another appointment during the color processing time?

@JulieAllen - While you can't use your booking tool to book overlapping appointments, you can definitely book your clients for overlapping appointments from your Square Appointments Calendar. Hope this helps!

Trying to set up scheudling 4 different openings per hour for the same user, this this possible.

Like in a group training exercise class, where 4 different people can schedule for the class.
