Feature Request: Add custom HTML such as hyperlinks and links to Appointment confirmation email

Hello,

I'd love to include a custom hyperlink to the automatic emails that are sent out with successfully scheduled appointments, using the Appointments service offered by Square. My intention is to refer customers to a page where they can provide additional information about the events I'm offering as services.

Would including an href attribute (or something similar) do the trick or is this functionality not currently possible?

@evogear - I agree, most people are visual learners and would benefit from a picture added in the confirmation email. Right now, that feature isn't available but maybe creating some sort of image link through a third party app/site  and pasting it to the text of the email so clients can route to it when clicked.

I realize this is an older post and am curious if there has been any update on a zoom + square integration?

I have the same issue and would like a Square appointment booking to send a zoom meeting link via the Square confirmation.

I don't have a timeline on when this will be available but I would encourage you to check out our Beta Community to join and potentially get access to new features first when we test them out.

we went outside square for a solution and i am happy to report that it works 100% and flawless.

I can refer you to the developer we used. It was very affordable and has saved us hours of time.

yes we do- we used a reasonable developer and our interface with zoom/square works great.

Does the solution you came up with send a unique zoom link each time? I'm looking for the same solution as we use Calendly and it auto-generates a zoom link. Wondering if we can replicate the solution in Square.

Hi! i would love your referral for the developer. I used Acuity with Square cc processing for years.  I recently switched my POS from Clover to Square and am looking to intergrate services portion with Square.  Thank you in advance!
