Can you send the same invoice to multiple customers?

I tried to send the same invoice to nine customers, but I find the option less intuitive than PayPal's methods. It appears that one invoice was generated, and one customer was billed, and the remaining 8 were cc'ed. When you choose this option with PayPal, each customer email address receives its own bill with its own invoice number. Am I missing something? Thanks.

I have clients with work and second work and home emails and would like the invoices to go to multiples. How do I do that? It must be there somewhere I just cant find it.

It seems only the main email would be a valid invoice, then the additional would be cc'd read only type.  So if the customer would open one and not the other, it would not be an active payable invoice.

It's been 3 years in the making, this is ridiculous, Square needs to respond to their customer needs and requests.

I am now using Quickbooks for invoicing and feeling like I'm all over the place with all my apps. No one wants to be the whole solution to all our problems, I guess!

I was just looking to see if there was a way to use Square for batch invoicing instead of QB but I supposed you answered my question that there really isn't.

I do see that square has recently added a feature where you can create your invoice template which is helpful for my batch needs but still seems to require that I would create multiple invoices for my group of customers.

Just curious if this is an option yet? I need to invoice multiple people for the same service at once, every week. Would love to automate this with one batch. Thanks!

Hi! Welcome to the Seller Community!!

To send the same invoice to more than one person, select Add Additional Recipients when creating a new invoice. This will send the same invoice to multiple recipients and it can only be paid once. To send different invoices to multiple recipients (like if you are requesting payment from multiple people for the same invoice), you will need to create each invoice individually.

Has this been fixed yet? I have 275 invoices to send and would like to be able to do it all at once, rather than duplicating an invoice, typing in the email and name then send, then start over. Thanks!
