A way to re-organize the display order of staff on at Appointment booking

Is there a way to re-organize the order of staff on Square appointments once they have been entered?

👋 Hey @toddcampbell. What you've noticed is right, there isn't a way to rearrange the order of staff that appear in the Our Staff section of your online Appointments booking site. I agree that would be useful and we're tracking that feature request in this thread.

 

In the meantime, as the 'Our Staff' list is alphabetical so I wonder if a workaround would help? Could you change your Display Name to something like Appointments Manager - Todd? Keep in mind whatever you enter as the Staff name or Display name will appear in email/text confirmations sent to your clients!

Great question! Though I definitely see the value in having the ability to order staff in your online booking site, that is currently unavailable. I will share this the Appointments team. 

 

 

I would like to see this option too!

Wow.  Spent all day preparing to switch to Square Appointments. This is pretty much a show stopper for us.  It's a very minor code change, nearly identical to feature existing to change the order of Services.  Please nudge the Product Liaison Team or whoever is necessary to get this implemented soon.  Otherwise I have to stick with my current online scheduling service.  Sure hope you can get this in soon.

This feature is really important because the owner wants to see appointment first in the calendar!
