links in emails don't work

Good evening,

When I try to send out a email with links like "Shop All" or category links the page does not open up. I have been trying to solve this problem for awhile now and I can't seem to figure out what the problem is. I have attached images for references.

Hmm, Try this workaround : rather than using the category/product options when you're making links, use the external URL option and copy/paste the actual URL of the category or product to send to send in your email campaign.
