Yes, and if giving certain sales like $10 of purchase of $40 or more- unable to currently set it to only use on purchases $40 or more.

Welcome back to the Community. This is a great question about adding some limitations on coupon codes in your Online Store. 

Right now, you can limit the number it's used and give the code an expiration date. Them more specific option you're looking for would be a Feature Request for our Product Team.
