Purchase physical and non-physical items at the same time

I have a combination of membership and products that I want to sell on my site and allow users to pay for everything in one transaction. Right now it seems users have to pay for membership and then make a second transaction for products. Appreciate the support.

Are you shipping your products? It isn't currently possible to order non-physical items and physical items at the same time, which it sounds like you are seeing with your website. Hopefully this is something our team can add to better support sellers who sell both physical and non-physical items. In the meantime, I'm going to update the title of your thread and move it to the Feature Requests board so that other sellers can comment on it.

We are not shipping products, but rather having users purchase their membership renewal and then allowing them to buy products which will be made available for pickup. No shipping here.
