I currently run a craft store and every customer signs up for our loyalty program is there any way to create a scan card instead of asking customers every time they come in for a phone number or name to find their loyalty account.
Hey @MaryMary. Thanks for asking about this. The only way for customers to earn Loyalty points is by entering their phone number. I'm happy to pass this feedback along to our Product Team but as of now, just phone numbers.
