Is it possible to cash out credit card tips WITHOUT using Square payroll?

New to square. Our company currently uses another payroll system since we are a small business with two employees. We have a stack of receipts with tips that were paid by card, but can't seem to figure out if it is possible to cash out these tips without converting to Square payroll. We are happy to convert the tips into cash or onto the paychecks.

What you're asking to do would actually be a Feature Request for our System, since we don't have it available. 

I would be more than happy to tag this for our Product Team, so they can get some eyes on it.
