How do I make a report that shows purchases by each customer?
I would like to show history by customer that includes the dates of purchases.

Though we don't have an exportable report that has a full list of every transaction sorted by customer, you can view your customer's transaction history in the Customer Directory tab of your Dashboard.
In your Customer Directory, select the customer who you are looking for. At the bottom of each customer profile will be the "Activity" section which includes the transaction history of each transaction.

I see that list, but would have to click on each individual transaction to determine the details -- most specifically, what my net income was after fees for each transaction -- yes? This is incredibly time-consuming. It would be great to have some kind of report that would show me this, quickly and easily.

I agree -- there should be a widget on the front page that shows individual charges AND FEES. This is very clumsy the way it is set up. I just spent 30 minutes, pulled out a calculater and figured out each item. Wasted time while trying to run my business.
The email I received tells me I made the transaction - BUT IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE BANK FEES CHARGED AGAINST THE TRANSACTION. It only shows the full amount.
I am working hard to move away from PayPal - and am willing to pay the extra fees with Square ... if they will make this less clumsy.
I find no where else on their page (except this community - preaching to the choir) to even beg that they do this!

I have checked out that page you suggested "feedback inthe seller community" via the link you included. I still cannot find a place to put this concern regarding showing the seller the fee per item charged. Then, I went to different options of boards... I have included what I came up against -- maybe there's ANOTHER place? I could not find it. attached is the list of communities -- I see nothing that asks for feedback. Sorry -- maybe I am missing something!?

Correction... This is only based on credit card transactions. Looking for all transactions including invoices.

Hi @rainiermeats, as Sean mentioned before, this is just available your Invoices tab, which will have all of your paid invoices - both credit and other tender. Thanks again for your feedback!

We use the invoicing tool. The activity for customers that mail a check in to pay their invoice is not displayed in the activity. The only activity I see our customers that pay with credit card. How do I get detailed information about the invoices regardless of payment method
