Feature Request: Rearrange Order of Items

I'd like to be able to change the order in which items are listed on the Checkout screen of the phone app. Alphabetical seems to be the default.

It would be nice to have the ability to customize the phone app so only a few items show up.  So that on busy days we could use a phone for overflow in a busy area.
