Custom Invoice Fields

Greetings, 

I thought I saw somewhere where you could add custom fields to invoices, but now I can't find it. Can this be done? I need a field for a Work Order number.

Hey @pcrs_tech! At this time you can't add custom fields (though that's a great request) but I have a couple of workarounds:

1. You could add the Work Order as a note to an Invoice.
2. Or, you could create a default message for your invoices. For example, in the screenshot below I've entered Work Order Number and Details from the Default Settings. Now this will appear in the Message section every time an invoice is created (and this can be edited!)

Hi @pcrs_tech! In case you didn't see it, we added the option to add custom fields to invoices earlier this year. Thank you again for your suggestion. 😊
