Change the Audience on An Automated Campaign

When you are setting up the Automated Campaign for lapsed Customers It forces you to send them to people who have not returned to your business in at least 6 weeks. however, I am a hairstylist and my clients frequently do not return for 8 or 10 weeks and they are not lapsed thats just how long it takes for their color and cut to grow out. I want to be able to do this without harrasing my regular clients. There needs to be a way to edit your audience and send it to people when you consider them lapsed.

Hey @Christi8301, welcome to the seller community and thanks for bringing this up. I can see how being able to edit the timing for lapsed customers would create the ideal situation for your business. Right now, there isn't a way to do this with the automated campaign, but I will be sure to share your experience with our Customer Engagement Team.

 

We're constantly working on improvements based on seller feedback. In the meantime, you may need to create a manual campaign—though I know that results in additional setup time. Keep in touch for updates!
