Can the time-out duration be changed on the Loyalty Screen?
We've just started using the Loyalty feature and while explaining the system to one of the first customers, the screen that pops up to enter their phone number timed-out. They were a little miffed.
Can the time-out duration be changed?

you can now customize the loyalty settings more including screen timeout.

Hey @sciabica1936. We don't currently allow customization of timeout for the enrollment screen, but I can see how some more flexiblity would be nice. We currently allocate 1 minute of idle time before closing out that screen. How much more time do you think folks would need?
