The ability to customize reminders as you've described is not available with Square Appointments at this time. So that I can share some more insight with our Appointments Team, can you reply with some additional details on how this enhancement would be helpful for your business?

Hi Tom, 

Being able to set reminder texts more than one time would be beneficial in my business to ensure my clients are remembering their appointments. I have a 24 hour cancelation policy so I would like to remind my clients about their appointment 48 hours in advance and then again 24 hours in advance so they really don't have an exuse for not contacting me in time to cancel their appointmnet. 

 

I've personally experienced being a client of an office that sends out mulitple reminder texts and I feel the extra day reminder helps the appointmnet time really stay fresh in my mind.
