downgrade to free now my site is unpublished

hi all 

i was on the pro plan but no longer needed it when my month had expired. so i changed to the free version and now my site is unpublished and i don’t know how to republish it, it doesn’t have the button anymore? 

i have a custom domain but happy to change back to the weebly domain, just want my site republished. please help
