Hi, I've just started a new Weebly website and every time I upload an image to an item and save it just goes blank. So all my test items just have a blank box where the image should be. I've uploaded jpegs all under 2mb and have even tried smaller files and they don't work either. I searched the community and this has been a problem for a lot of people but I couldn't find any answers.

Can someone please help?

Hi there @LeA10,
Thanks for raising this with us and sorry to hear you're running into these issues!
That's good to know that both the file size and the file type won't be impacting the image loading, these are usually two troubleshooting steps we look at first.
Are you adding your images from the Site Item page or from the online Site Editor directly?
I can see two images are showing when testing the above link (Test 4 and Something Borrowed #6). Are there any differences in the files for these items compared to test 2 and Test Item that you can see?
I'll keep a lookout for your reply here.

Thanks for getting back to me. I've been working on it all morning and the problem was the naming extension on my images. Even though they are all jpegs I had to rename all the images and type in .jpg at the end. And now they are working. Never had that issue anywhere before as I work with jpegs all the time. Glad it's working though and thank you again for responding.

Thanks for letting us know the file naming convention worked to resolve this issue, @LeA10!
Hopefully, this thread can assist other Sellers that may run into a similar issue in future.
Should anything else pop up, don't hesitate to reach out to us!
