How do you make your receipts automatically print the product sold?
Hello,
I have plans to start a smoothie business and have just received the square register along with the Epson TM-T82 000. To make operation as smooth as possible it is necessary that after each sale of smoothie a seperate receipt for every item is print with the name of item and name of customer so it can be put on the jug corresponding to the smoothie being made. Then after that the option for a customer to print a tax receipt. How would this be setup, please ask any questions if it doesn’t make sense.

Hi @Fruityfusions welcome to the seller community.
Most the settings you will be looking for will come through the POS under More > Settings > Hardware > Printers
Select the printer you want to print the connected printer.
To print just the order tickets for each smoothie you need to click on "In-person order tickets"
toggle on use printer for in person order tickets
toggle on single item per ticket
turn off combine identical items
and test out if the compact ticket (to save printer paper) option is big enough for your use
if you only want this to happen for smoothies have, select just your smoothie categories under categories to print.
For customer receipts, turn on Use this printer for receipts and switch to Manual if you don't want a receipt after every purchase.
For accepting customer names instead of order numbers go to Settings > Checkout > Order Tickets > select Enter Custom Number or Name
