Expensif fees

Hello, 

 

I notice that I have hudge fees rate ( about 10% ) vs 1% with the previous efpost I used.

Every single day of my business it's the same, I own today 1680$ and there is 160$ fees. It's to much 

is it normal ?

If you are in Australia then this should definitely not be the case. Are you perhaps recording cash sales in the POS ? In this case the difference between income and the bank transfer will be minus the cash sales.

 

I would suggest firstly visiting the Reports/Payment Methods report in the dashboard for a better view of the fees.

Also take a look at the Balance/Transfers to see a summary of the money transferred to your account. From there you can see what is deducted from the payments. (Perhaps a square loan).

 

Finally, are you perhaps using instant transfers, there are additional fees associated with this. If this is the case, better to visit the transfer settings in the balance section of the dashboard to set up automatic transfers.
