Category not visible
Hi
any tips on this please? I’ve entered a new category with services but they don’t appear on booking options. I’ve made sure they are bookable by customers

I'm sorry hear that trouble has brought you to the Seller Community.
Are you able to add the services/categories via your Square Online Dashboard? When you select Website > Edit Site and navigate to the appointments section of your website, you should be able to edit your services list:

I've been trying for days to work out why the categories won't headline my services on the booking site.
Photos wont transfer over either 😓 it's been driving me crazy.
