Admin console for Google Workspace

Hi,

I recently started a 15 days trial with Google Workspace via Squareup and did not get any credentials. I assume it was the username and password I created but seems like it is not the admin when logging on. I am so lost and went on livechat for assistant but they said they will get back to me via email but never did. 

 

I even went to google webmaster and noticed my gmail is the main owner and added my info@domain.com.au but it shows 'delegation'.

 

I am with Godaddy for my domain.

WE ARE WEEBLY / SQUARE CUSTOMERS

We have a website through weebly/square. 

 

We have at least 15 sites with Weebly.

 

URGENT  PROBLEM WITH GOOGLE WORKSPACE EMAIL (BUSINESS)

Our business email has been offline for weeks.

 

This has created immense problems for our business which relies on online bookings, admin and invoicing via the domain email. 

 

We purchased the Google Workspace and linked Weebly’s hosted domain name and associated email through Weebly/Square.


HELP - NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM WEEBLY / SQUARE

We have appealed for Weebly/Square help via the Support Desk more than 10 times with confusing and delayed responses.

 

We were asked to provide payment details directly. This seemed odd.

 

WHO CAN HELP?

Could someone point us in the direction of urgent assistance?

 

The support phone number keeps going to voicemail. 

We are in Australia. 

 

BUSINESS IS BEING AFFECTED BY MAJOR EMAIL ERROR


This has become exasperating as we are receiving at least 30 email error messages a day saying automated emails didn’t go through. 

We cannot even view our confirmed booking notifications! Email is vital to the survival of our business and safe practices booking services.

Please help. 

3 staff members have tried to reach weebly over 2 weeks!!
