Why when a customer opens my website they get asked their address? and how to do i change it? HELP, if the address is not in range of my business' the website wont display.

Hi @DuniasDelights. I think there might be some confusion here. With Square Online you have two different pieces — your website which is where you market your business, and your online store which is where you sell. If you are a shipping only business and have set up your store that way, and if the customer is not in your shipping range, then the customer won’t be able to browse your store most likely.
So I’m wondering — do you have a website home page? Or have you set up your online store as your only web site page?
Can you send me your website URL and I can probably give you some suggestions for a fix?
