we have two staff members but only one room. i'd like to set it up that folks can choose which staff member they'd like to work with, but once the time is booked with one, it can't be bookable also with the other. is that currently possible?
Great question, @katja! Square Appointments doesn't currently support room booking when scheduling services. This is would be a great feature though, so I'll be sure to pass it along to the Appointments team.
I too only work in one room but have 3 of us. Id like an option to once this is booked it blocks them off the calender at that time. Right now I have to manually do it which is time consuming.
