My Subscription plans add tax to the transaction. We are a non-profit and do not charge tax, but I can't find an option for that. What should I do, did I miss something?
Welcome to The Seller Community! If you are tax exempt organization please reach out to Customer Support at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport so they can get your organization's information and escalate this to make sure tax is not being charged on your subscriptions!
