I own a busy drive through coffee shop and we have been using loyalty punch cards for years but I am entertaining switching to Square Loyalty. My concern is that it will slow down our line by having to ask/enter the customers phone number each time. Also we use open ticket to take multiple orders and then they pay as they get to the window. I am not sure if we can add their phone number at the end of the transaction instead of the beginning? Anyone out there in a similar situation or had any experience using square loyalty in this scenario?

Ah, I owned a coffee shop and I used it. It was GREAT BUT it cost so much money! It was about $300.00 a month and I run about 100 sales a day. . .so not to many. I quit because one month was literally equivalent to an entire year worth of punch cards. Also, after further thought I thought that the customer should be responsible for their own punch cards. Just a thought.
