pay as you go marketing no longer availalble
I no longer have the pay as you go option for marketing. The create campaign is shaded so I can't click on it. I somehow was enrolled into the auto subscription for $15/mth, which I was charged for today 11/1/19. I have unsubscribed, but I can't set up a email campaign and pay my usual .10c per email!! Can someone help?

Hey @Drea245!
You can still pay for email marketing as you go, or with a monthly subscription.
-
Pay per email: $0.10 for each marketing email you send. All fees will be collected via a deposit adjustment. Promotions fees will show up on your deposit page as Square Paid Services.
-
Pay a monthly subscription: You can sign up for Square Marketing to deliver unlimited emails every month. The subscription starts at $15 a month. To upgrade, visit your online Square Dashboard.
To edit your preferences, please go to Pricing and Subscriptions to edit your preferences. I hope this resolves your issue. If not, please reply back in this thread.

@isabelle - Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe certain campaigns require the subscription and cannot be used on pay as you go?

@pessosices, you are correct. Automated campaigns, Facebook campaigns, and Receipt campaigns are only included with a subscription. Only Blast campaigns are available for pay-as-you-go
However, if @Drea245 was using a blast campaign and still not seeing the pay-as-you-go option, then they may be having browser issues as that should be available whether they have a subscription or not. If they've already cancelled their subscription there is an option at the very end of creating a campaign that will allow them to choose pay-as-you-go instead of starting a new subscription.
