online order error messages

I keep having an issue with repeat customers getting an error message with online orders...they get an error that says "numbers do not match" and then screen won't allow order to be placed.

I'm not familiar with the error you are describing, and I'm not finding any additional reports. It definitely sounds like something is not working properly for your checkout screen, though. Can you please reach out to our support team when you get a chance? A rep will want to troubleshoot this with you by trying to recreate the error.
