items not available at shipping location

Hi all. I have two locations on my account. I have uploaded some items, but they are not available, they are hidden. I get a warning message at the top of the item page in edits stating the following: Item not available at shipping location. Can anyone help in resolving this issue please.

Hey @KyeKye, welcome to the Seller Community!

 

There are a couple of things we can check here:

  • First, we should check which shipping location is link to the site. You can do this from your Online site dashboard when going to Fulfilment > Shipping. At the top of the page, check the Site & Shipping from details. If you need to update it, simply click the Edit button (if you only have one site, it might appear slightly different for you).

  • Once you've confirmed the location linked to the website, head to the Items section on your Dashboard. From here, you can check whether the items are set to be available at the location you've set above.

These steps usually help but if the error message still persists, please let me know and I can have a further look into this on my end!

Hello< I ihave managed to sort out the location issues. But only a few of the products are showing as available when i follow the live link. I hav encountred another issue, but I will ponder on it a bit first.

That's definitely strange @KyeKye. If only a few items are coming up as available, it's also worth trying:

  • Editing your item list under Website > Edit Site > Shop All > Items
  • Make sure items are marked as Visible and in stock
  • Check if time-based categories are setup. If they are, items will appear as Available later until the time specified. 
  • Try unpublishing and republishing the site

Here are some additional troubleshooting steps for non-visible items that may help.
