In the support area, it says you have to enable comp and void by going to settings, which I believe that I did (there isn't an actual "enable" button, but I created reasons for the void). Then elsewhere there are instructions on how to comp or void a ticket. It says "1. Tap Tickets and select a ticket, 2. tap the item you wish to void, 3, tap void item, 4 select reason, 5 tap void in the top right corner, 6 tap save the open ticket with the void applied, or chrge to complete the sale with the void applied.
I have looked and looked for a way to follow the above instructions and can't see anything like this. For starters, I don't even see the word ticket. I see that you can refund. But, that doesn't look right on a report.

tickets are part of "open tickets" for things that are on a transaction but haven't bee paid yet. once a transaction is completed you would have to refund the part or total that you want.
