how do I ask a question
Not all of my inventory items are on my square website. Is there a limit on number of items that can go on?

HI, you can have unlimited inventory. There is a known Square synch issue, if you are trying to update or add items during the busiest time of the day, the sync / lag will be longer. Adding inventory within your Online Dashboard does seem faster than adding items on the Square Dashboard. Best advice is very early in the morning or very late at night.

Hi Terri,
Actually I have had no products added to the website in months and didn't even realize it until a customer told me.
We add every new product through square inventory "add items".
Can you help?

It is faster and easier to add inventory on your Online Dashboard. When you log in to your Square Dashboard, the Online Dashboard is located on the left side of the screen.
