We teach gymnastics. We deal with the kids names all the time (not the paying adult). Is there a way for me to add the kids name to the customer info of the parent so I can later search by kid and find the correlating parent in my customer database so I can then send an invoice.
Sorry kind of wordy. New to the forum and appreciate any help.

@TuckDynasty Yes you can. When you edit the profile there is one area called reference ID that you could put the name there. Or you can create a custom field and put it in there.
When you are in your customers directory, you can search by the name. I make sure I click the little "+" on the right and that the reference ID or custom field is selected to show. I would also put your customers in groups to make it faster to sort them and to narrow down your searches.
As a note, it takes a few minutes for changes to update and sometimes you need to refresh your browser. I also use Ctrl-F to find things quickly on the page. Try these and see if any of these help you classify your people better or faster.

Thanks so much for reaching out and helping. I had started putting the students names in the reference ID field. I logged on to my desktop and I can now see what you’re talking about with the little + and seeing the reference ID field. My only other question would be can I search by the reference ID or the kids name to be able to find the adults name. It seems when I type in the search directories, it only searches through the parents name.
For example, if the students name is Delaney Robertson and the parents name is Amy Ford, I cannot find Amy Ford in the directory by searching for Delaney. This doesn’t always work as we have a lot of split families with different last names.
