has anyone used the auto assign ticket numbers option? does that assign consecutive numbers?
I am looking for a way to assign numbers in order to a huge number of tickets, was wondering if that is what auto assign does? anyone know? typically we name tickets by customer or table number.

You got it! Auto-assigned ticket numbers will go from 1-99 in consecutive order. You can always manually name tickets by table number or customer name if the consecutive order model does not work for your business.

We set up auto assign it worked great 1-99 then back. All of a sudden the order numbers are random sets of numbers and letters and no longer print on the kitchen printers order tickets and I can't figure out why any help would be greatly apprciated.

Hello @theparkII! Have you double checked ot make sure that auto assign wasn't turned off by accident? Also is the kitchen printer showing up under the printer station tab in Account & Settings?
