customer invoicing
I have instore charge accounts. I have entered my customers info on my dashboard. But when I go on my register to sell items, it is not pulling up their customer info. I am having to enter their info in each time they are wanting to charge. Is there something I need to allow so that after I have rung up their sale and I go to invoice it, I can pull up their customer info by hitting the "+" key?

I am experiencing the same issue. I have selected my customer at the begining of the transaction, but SQUARE is not pulling it into the invoice screen, when select INVOICE as an option on check out. It is a hassle to retype everything in, I hope there is a fix for this.
