change the words "Shop All" on product page

I've figured out pretty most of what I want to do, except for some tweaking such as - I'd like to change the words "Shop All" to something else. Also add a subhead under the title?

I'd also. like to display products as cards; e.g., white boxes around products on top of background image on the products page.

HI, you can change Shop All within the Editor.  

Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, Header, Navigation, Navigation Links, hover over Shop All, select the Pencil (Edit Navigation Link), (Links To Shop All) change Name.
