Yearly sales and fees reprt

I am looking for advice on if and how I can create a report which will show my total square sales and total fees paid in the last year

any help air advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi Una, welcome to the Seller Community. 

Good question, it sounds like you're looking for a copy of your Sales Summary which is available to download as a CSV file from your Square Dashboard > Reports. 

The sales summary will cover an overview of sales from a given time period. The report includes itemisation metrics like gross sales, refunds, net sales and fees. 

You can use the date-selector to refine a date range, then select a report to view. Then click Export to download a CSV file to your computer, which you can open using Microsoft Excel or another common spreadsheet program.

Also just a note as you may not be aware, a Fee Invoice is issued to you every month to help you understand how much Square charges you for the payments you have processed. It's a downloadable PDF copy which may be useful for your business reports. @Weststruther

You can find all Fee Invoices in the Account & Settings > Business > Fee Invoices section of your online Dashboard.
