Wont accept initials

When I am at the final page for the PPP loan where you have to initial everything, after I enter my initials and click submit, it brings me right back to that page with an error message states that I have to use the first letter of my first and last name..which I have been doing repeatedly. Its been 2 days now.

Hi @KBrown105,

I had a seller who had this same issue and it was because on the account we had their maiden name. 

If you have a maiden name, try those initials and see if that works to submit.
