Will other members of my org be able to see item list if signed into account on another device?

Hello. New to square.. I have loaded a list of the items that we sell into my app on my phone. Wondering if another member of my organization downloaded the app and logged in under our sign in will the items show up? Or do they have to be re added for each phone/tablet? Also I set it up using iPhone they have android...

Yep—the information you put in the Item Library is saved on our servers. This ensures that the other members will be able to see the items you added as long ad they're signing in with the same email address and password.

For an added level of security and to restrict access to your account settings by the others, you may want to consider adding them as Mobile Staff. Here's how it works: Get Started with Mobile Staff.
