Why will my sales tax and shipping rate not show up at checkout.

Hi There, 

I need help.

My shipping rate and sales tax will not show up at check-out. I have tried the standard instructions as well as thread suggestions. Super frustrating. I'd like to launch this weekend.

Will someone please help. I appreciate it!

Hi Troy. I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your site. 

 

Have you filled out the customer information on the checkout screen? The shipping rate, and order total will not update until a shipping rate is selected, and the shipping rates will not appear until an address is entered. 

 

If you are still having trouble, please let us know the site address, and example item you are testing. Thanks!

I am not able to add shipping rates, it is showing "FREE SHIPPING" versus shipping prices.
