The title of this post has been edited from the original: Booking time problems
When my customers go to book an appointment on the web page, the "square APP widget calendar is embedded", they can only see option times from 12:00 AM until 10:00 PM, "by the hour," even though in the square app the availability is until 11:59 PM. What would be causing this? How can I get the customers booking calendar to extend until the 11:59 PM?

You should be able to edit your appointment availability right from the Calendar page of your Square Dashboard by clicking Edit Availability in the top right-hand corner. Setting your appointment availability is different than setting your business hours by location in the Locations page of your Account & Settings.
If you can please share with us the link to the webpage that you're embedding your booking widget on, we'll be able to better point you in the right direction here!

Sorry to hear about the frustrating experience here. We'd love to help you out- have you had a chance to check that your business hours match your booking availability yet? While we can't look into your account settings, you can always attach screenshots so we can take a look. For reference, you can edit your business hours here, and your Appointments availability by going to Appointments > Calendar > select the Clock > Edit Availability.

I have been trying to find a way to block certain hours or dates that we usually do it for our business but haven't been able to find this option, the only thing I saw was to block certain blocks of days like 30, 60 days or more. but not specific dates or times. Pease help

Sounds like you edited your biz hours which is different then setting appointment availability. Valentina includes a link to the Calendar in her answer up top to customize availability.

Am I the only person having an issue with my visibility and availability being messed up? My hours are 9am-5pm and I have appointments available every half hour, but whenever I go to my site it only shows I’m available one day every week at 10:45am. Someone help!

Hello Arie, I am having issues editing my business hours. I have followed your instructions above multiple times and each time has had the same outcome. I’ve attempted to go out and log in again hoping it would refresh. I tried to edit the business hours with Square through Safari and still the same outcome. Please help with any further recommendations?

I'm sorry you're stuck with your business hours!
There are two places you can edit your availability. I'd recommend checking both:
1. Head to Locations in your dashboard and click on your location. Scroll down to Regular hours to edit your business hours.
2. Next visit your Appointments Calendar to take a look at your regular appointment time settings by clicking on the clock icon:

The reason it looks strange is because when you add the appoints section it takes the location and business hours feed which is different from booking availability which is not shown until you click the Book Now option.
