I have added all my items to my shop but they cant be added to a shopping cart. how do I set up the shopping cart? The only way anyone could order from my shop is to email me. I can see how to manage orderes but how do they actually get placed?

Hi @carey1, thank you for reaching out! If you are not seeing the option to add items to cart, there are a few things we can check:
- Make sure you have linked a bank account to Square and your account is fully activated. If you are not sure about activating your Square account, check out our FAQs guide.
- Make sure Order Online is enabled on your website. You can check this by navigating to your Square Dashboard > Online Store > Settings > Checkout
- Make sure items are in stock and have fulfilment methods applied to them
- Unpublish and republish your site to make sure the site is fully secured
If everything has been set up and your still cannot take payments, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team for further assistance.

- Select your topic or just click Other > I donโt see my issue, itโll give you the option to either call or email in!
