Why am I not getting free processing as a Pure Romance consultant?

I just ordered my free Square card reader and I would like to get my discounted swipe rate but I'm not seeing anywhere on the Square up site as to how to show that I'm a consultant.

It sounds like you might have signed up for your Square account without using the link for the Pure Romance discount. I can't view your account so I've just asked our Support team to check this for you. They'll reach out to you at the email address you used to create your Square account soon. Hi Helen I believe the same has happened to me.  I originally opened my square app, entered email, then closed out of the app and opened my Pure Romance set up page in a different chrome window.  Then went back to the app   I don't see the special rate either:-/
