Hello all! I currently have several automated emails running through Square Marketing with various uniquely generated coupon codes. I'm hearing from the sales team that they are not sure, though, where to input that code when a customer shows it to them in the store? Can you advise on what steps they should take to redeem the code so that we can see its usage statistics?
I unfortunately do not have access to the POS so I can't dig around myself. 🙂
Thank you!

Hello @rustynailwinery !
I assume you're talking about the auto-generated six digit codes the customers show at time of checkout? That is found on the "Redeem Rewards" item in the item library. Once that screen is up tap the "Use Code" line in the upper right of the screen.
Hope this helps!
