We are a very small business and everyone would like to be able to view each other's schedules all at one time in the Appointments app, as opposed to one service provider at a time. What permissions do I need to set for each team member so that we're capable of doing this? (No one is interested in doing anything with money or untoward, they are all trustworthy, and simply want to know when each other are scheduled).

Hey @flocksalon ! My apologies if I found this too late. In case you haven't figured it out, there's a team permission called "Manage All Calendars" that allows your employees to see all appointments that are scheduled. From your Dashboard:
1. Hit the three lines in top left corner to open your menu.
2. Go to Team > Permissions.
3. Click the role in question to edit it.
4. Under the Access Appointments permission group, check Manage All Calendars.
This should do it!

With the paid version of Appointments, you're able to create separate team profiles with individual email logins and assign roles to them. Within each role lives several permissions that can be customized specific to the role. Near the bottom of the permission list, enable Manage Appointment Calendar which allows staff to book and modify any appointment.
Sales are tracked per team member but all sales will funnel into the bank account linked in Dashboard. @Kimbo19
On this thread, I give instructions on how to set this up. Let me know if it helps!

So I have a similar situation. So strictly for booking would it be best to create a new "salon" appointments account to add team members? If you are not running payments through that account would you have to have a linked bank account? Could each person continue to run their payments through their personal devices? All independent contractors small salon.

I am a small business and want to add one team member to be in my one service, basically a generic person and not me. Can I update the service with the one generic team member and add them to this service without the upgrade?

Hey @oneupgames,
Thanks for getting back in touch with us here in the Seller Community!
If you're using Square Appointments, you'd have to upgrade to add an additional team member. Learn more about pricing for Square Appointments here.
