Waive cancellation fee?
I have an outdoor business and I use no show protection, as cancellations are frequent and sometimes I can't refill the slot at the last minute. However, sometimes weather makes it impossible to go through with an appointment, which is not the fault of the customer. Is it possible to waive a cancellation fee in those instances?

This is absolutely possible, @MaryvilleMovieN! 📽🎟
Cancellation policy enforcement will be always at your discretion, even if you have a cancellation policy currently set up and enabled. You have two weeks to choose to charge your customer, but you definitely don't have to follow through with charging a no-show fee if you don't feel it's necessary.🌛 (Learn more here)
