I have a B & B and I'm new to the Square - I had a lot of cancellations due to the Covid-19 some of my guest canceled and we returned their deposit , others want to change their reservation for a future stay and requested a 'Voucher' which is fine with me but I'm not sure if I have the option to write up and send them one from the Square?

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.
We don't currently have a voucher/store credit feature. We've been tracking this feature request from this thread. As a workaround, we do offer the ability for sellers to issue refunds to Gift Cards. Is this something you'd be interested in? Let me know so I can provide further instruction.
Otherwise, it would just be a verbal agreement, that you'd have to track separately outside of Square, and create a discount for in the future.
