Does anyone know if it is possible to upgroup multiple quantities? I want each item (even if it is the same) to be a seperate line item on a receipt but I cant figure out how to do it when using the multiple quantities button or even entering them in seperately.
Hey @TakeNBakePizza! If you add multiple quantities of the same item to a receipt it'll automatically group them together, and there isn't a way to change this. I believe the idea is to avoid having receipts that are very long.
Can you let me know a bit more about why you want to have each item separated on the receipt?
Yes. When multiple people are working on a ticket I am worried the 2x will be ignored. It has happened a couple times but would be helpful if it wasnt that way.
Obviously it isnt doing that if modifiers exist I just wish it was an option to toggle on and off
I hear you! I'll surface this concern to the relevant teams and if we make any improvements to order tickets in future we'll let you know here. Another seller might chime in with a workaround in the meantime!
Has this issue been updated yet? It is a horrible feature not to have! I just switched to square and am starting to question my decision based on these really really simple, basic functions that are standard in pretty much every POS system I've ever worked with (and I've worked with a lot over the years) and not with square. Its very troublesome, especially for the kitchen!!
