Are these the instructions you followed to get your phone token?
- Visit the Contact Us page
- Select the product you're having trouble with
- Click the "Call Us" button to reveal your unique customer code
Please note: Due to increased product demand, you may not always see the “Call Us” button, or a customer code.
If your token still doesn't work, please let me know and we can escalate your case!
