Taxable Item Sales vs Gross Sales
When pulling reports for my taxes, I have only 1 tax and all my items are "taxable" they are all services, my Gross Sales is different than my taxable items??
Example:
Sales Summary says I have gross sales of 48840.28
Taxes report states taxable items sales at 41373.49
I only have 1 tax set up that is 7% every sale is taxable as they are all services, but they only collected taxes on 41373?

Gross Sales are the Total of your Goods you sell
Taxable Item Sales are the total after of your items less any Discounts.
You actually want to compare your Net Sales amount and your Taxable Items Sales..... These should come out right.
Mine did once I added in my Non Taxable sales to my taxable sales..... this then equaled my Net Sales
