Square not working in online ecommerce website. Buyers an enter their card number then sale denied.

I ahve an ecommerce website that we have associated with Square.  It is currenlty not working.  The buyer can put in their card infrmation but thn square declines the transaction.  What is the problem and how is it remedied?

Hello @TerminiAM, let's get that E-commerce site up and running! 

What E-commerce partner are you using? Also have you tried checking the integration settings on your websites dashboard? Typically the connection is started from your website and that's where the controls and settings are housed. You should be able to check your settings to make sure the integration is enabled and connected.

Woocommerce is what the website uses.

@TerminiAM did you make sure Square is listed as a payment option on the Checkout tab? 

Since the settings are on the WooCommerce side you might want to reach out to their Support Team.
